Avéli® Cellulite Treatment

Smooth the dimples. Keep your shape.

Cellulite is incredibly common, but that doesn’t mean you have to simply accept the appearance of it.

Avéli® is a minimally invasive, FDA-cleared treatment designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite dimples on the buttocks and thighs by targeting the structural bands beneath the skin that create them.

Rather than temporarily masking the appearance of cellulite, Avéli works beneath the surface to identify and release the septa responsible for individual dimples, all in a single in-office treatment.

A more targeted approach to smoother-looking skin.

Cellulite is more than skin deep.

Cellulite dimples are created in part by fibrous connective tissue bands called septa. These bands tether the skin to the underlying tissue, creating the characteristic dimples and depressions we see as cellulite.

Creams, devices and topical treatments may improve the overall appearance of the skin, but they don’t address these underlying bands.

Avéli takes a different approach.

By working beneath the skin, Avéli allows a trained provider to identify the septa creating individual cellulite dimples and precisely release them.

The result is a smoother appearance in the treated areas without changing the underlying shape of your body.

How Avéli® Works

Identify. Release. Verify.

Avéli uses a specialized handheld device and a technique called Targeted Verifiable Subcision™ to address cellulite dimples from the inside out.

What Can Avéli® Treat?

Avéli is specifically designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite dimples on the buttocks and thighs.

It is important to understand what Avéli does — and does not — treat.

Avéli treats:

  • Cellulite dimples
  • The underlying septa that contribute to those dimples
  • The appearance of uneven, dimpled skin on the buttocks and thighs

Avéli does not treat:

  • Excess fat
  • Skin laxity
  • Overall body contouring

Because cellulite, fat and skin laxity are different concerns, your Proper Eu provider will evaluate your individual anatomy and goals during your consultation to determine whether Avéli is appropriate for you.

What to Expect During Your aveli Treatment

Your treatment begins with an individualized consultation. We will evaluate the areas you would like to address, discuss your goals and determine whether Avéli is the right treatment for you.

Your provider will mark the targeted cellulite dimples and use local anesthesia to prepare the treatment area. The Avéli device is then guided beneath the skin to identify and release the septa contributing to each dimple. Treatment typically takes about an hour.

Some bruising, tenderness, swelling and discomfort are expected following treatment. Most patients are able to return to normal activities within several days, though recovery can vary from person to person.

Your provider will give you detailed post-treatment instructions specific to your procedure.

As swelling and bruising resolve, the treated areas will begin to appear smoother. Results continue to develop as your body heals.

Is Avéli® Right for You?

Avéli may be a good option if you are looking for a minimally invasive approach to reducing the appearance of cellulite dimples on your thighs or buttocks and want a treatment designed for long-term results.

During your consultation, we’ll determine whether your cellulite pattern is appropriate for treatment and discuss what you can realistically expect from Avéli.

Your body doesn’t need to be changed.
Sometimes, it’s simply about smoothing what you already have.

Frequently asked questions

How many Avéli treatments will I need?

Avéli is designed as a single in-office treatment rather than a series of treatments. Your provider will determine the appropriate treatment plan based on the areas you want to address.

How long does Avéli take?

A typical procedure takes approximately one hour, including local anesthesia and treatment. Treatment time varies depending on your individualized plan.

When will I see results?

Improvement becomes more visible as swelling and bruising resolve. The manufacturer states that patients may begin seeing the effects by approximately one month after treatment, with clinical results demonstrating reduction in the appearance of cellulite at one year.

Does Avéli remove cellulite permanently?

Avéli is FDA-cleared for long-term reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Clinical study participants demonstrated a reduction in cellulite appearance when assessed one year after treatment. Individual results vary.

Does Avéli remove fat?

No. Avéli specifically targets the septa responsible for cellulite dimples. It is not a fat-reduction or body-contouring treatment.

Is there downtime?

Downtime is generally limited, but you should expect some bruising, tenderness and swelling. In clinical studies, most patients returned to normal activities within one week. Your provider will give you individualized recovery instructions.

Can I exercise after Avéli?

Light physical activity may be permitted during recovery, but strenuous exercise should be avoided while the area heals. Your provider will give you specific instructions based on your treatment.

EuGynē uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood and is designed to support vaginal and sexual wellness, including sensitivity, lubrication, comfort during intimacy, and mild urinary incontinence.

Who is a candidate for Avéli?

Avéli is indicated for long-term reduction in the appearance of cellulite in the buttocks and thigh areas of adult females. A consultation is necessary to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate.
